On June 11, the 2026 South Asia International Public Procurement Conference was held during the 10th China-South Asia Expo. The conference brought together procurement officials from UNOPS, UNHCR, UNICEF, ADB, and other international organizations to share insights on the 2026–2027 procurement plans, rules, and opportunities in South Asian markets. Our company representative, Mrs. Jingjing Ouyang, was once again invited to the conference and delivered an experience-sharing presentation.

During the session, procurement officers from UN agencies and multilateral financial institutions provided detailed briefings on procurement procedures, qualification requirements, and key projects in South Asia. Several officials also highlighted practical entry strategies for government procurement markets in Nepal and Bangladesh, offering precise guidance for companies seeking to expand in the region. Drawing on our company’s nearly 30 years of hands-on experience in international public procurement, Jingjing used real cases to walk through key aspects such as compliance, risk assessment, contract performance, and team building in international bidding. The presentation was well received, with many attendees commenting that it “far exceeded their expectations.” In the subsequent one-on-one networking session, multiple companies engaged in practical discussions with our representative on UN procurement processes and South Asian market access.

Currently, the UN and South Asian international public procurement markets are stable and show strong demand. However, information barriers and compliance hurdles remain the main bottlenecks for domestic firms entering this space. Our company will continue to leverage its rich experience in international public procurement and work with partners to explore new opportunities with professional strength.
